- 150g of milk chocolate
- 300ml of cream
- 1 egg
- 4 chocolate cookies, e.g., Oreo
- 4 chocolate cookies as tombstones
- Some powdered sugar
- Black food coloring
Instructions
- Start by melting the chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg until fluffy over the double boiler. Stir in the melted chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Place the chocolate cookies in a blender and finely crumble them. Sprinkle this over the chocolate mousse.
- Mix powdered sugar with a small amount of water to create a thick icing, and use it to write on the "tombstones."
- Insert one tombstone into each mousse and decorate everything with some spooky candies.
